Jackson Fire & Security partner Delyn Safety is looking ahead to a busy 2016
Based next door to Jackson Fire & Security in Mold, Flintshire, the health, safety and environmental support specialist is launching a number of new initiatives and projects over the coming months
Delyn Safety delivers a range of services, including fire risk assessments and fire safety training for Jackson Fire & Security customers.
Tim Fletcher, Director of Delyn Safety, said:
“It’s an exciting time at Delyn Safety, most notably with us working towards the new BAFE SP205 accreditation.
“The accreditation is a benchmark of the level of professionalism fire risk assessors need. Once completed, we’ll be the only supplier in North Wales to have the accreditation.
“One of the key reasons we work so well with Jackson Fire & Security is that they demand a high level of expertise and knowledge when it comes to providing fire risk assessments and training.
“All of our health and safety advisors have a thoroughly professional approach to their work, and this accreditation will confirm their quality and reputation.”
Significant recent projects include supporting noodle bar chain Wok&Go in its expansion plans across the UK, and a fire risk assessment of the Old Court building at Clare College at the University of Cambridge, built in the 17th century.
Over the coming 12 months, Delyn Safety will also provide a new opportunity to Jackson Fire & Security customers – the NEBOSH Environmental Awareness at Work qualification.
“We’ve had great interest in the one day awareness course, and are one of the first NEBOSH accredited training providers in North Wales to offer it.
“Our award-winning tutor Mike Joy is also working on a number of exciting training opportunities, including working with a leading North West college.”
