A director of Chester’s oldest family owned estate agency has praised Jackson Fire & Security for the consistency and quality of service provided over a seven year working relationship.
Kevin O’Reilly, director of Matthew’s of Chester, said that the relationship with Jackson Fire & Security was based on good communication, quality of service and value for money. The service provided had also assisted Matthew’s with the continued growth of its block management portfolio and letting portfolio.
Jackson Fire & Security services fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers at a number of properties and blocks of apartments managed by Matthew’s on behalf of their owners. They include individual houses, plus some apartment blocks, in Chester and North Wales.
The team at Jackson Fire & Security also ensures Matthew’s is compliant with fire and security legislative matters, a hugely important area in the property sector.
Matthew’s of Chester, which in 2016 is celebrating 30 years of business, is one of Chester’s best-known estate and letting agents.
Mr O’Reilly added: “The Matthew’s company philosophy is focused on providing an excellent customer experience and this is achieved by the quality of the people working within it all sharing that purpose.
“It’s clear that Jackson Fire & Security shares that philosophy. Its engineers are friendly and responsive and the back office staff run a smooth operation. This is one reason why I think the two companies have built this successful ongoing relationship over the years.”
Jackson Fire & Security’s managing director Steve Jackson said: “One of our main aims with all customers is to establish long-term relationships. And I’m pleased we have achieved this with Matthew’s of Chester.
“The two firms have built up a strong relationship and I’m sure this will continue to grow.”
Jackson Fire & Security employs 35 people across branches in Mold, Wirral, Liverpool, Warrington, Cambridge, Bolton, Milton Keynes, and Leeds.
Its customers range from blue-chip companies, schools and a university, through to local shops and public houses.
The firm employs its own in-house engineering team. It prides itself that, unlike some other firms, it completes all elements of a service – such as annual service of the alarm system, extinguisher and lights, in a single visit, to minimise interruptions for the customer.
Formed in 1991, the company has built a reputation for quality, reliability and service, and is a NSI and Siemens’ gold-accredited partner for fire and systems.
