CCTV install leeds
A team from Jackson Fire & Security has demonstrated the company’s quick turnaround and personal touch with its latest CCTV installation for a satellite communications provider. Novella SatComs based in Horsforth, Leeds needed an upgrade to their existing CCTV system after discovering their existing cameras were not recognising finer details, such as car registrations and facial recognition. Our team of engineers from West Yorkshire installed eight high-definition cameras, from the Dehua range over an IP network, meaning the cameras can be accessed anywhere in the world. We also supplied and installed seven fire extinguishers for their site in Leeds. Branch director Kris Milner, who heads up the Jackson Fire & Security Leeds operation, was responsible for the project. Kris said: “I went to site to discuss Novella’s requirements and to review the existing CCTV system they had in place. It was clear that the cameras needed upgrading and the quality wasn’t great when zooming in. “We wanted to get to work as soon as possible to improve the security of their premises and we completed the CCTV installation during one working day. “The cameras installed include a 12-month warranty and we’ll be providing an on-going maintenance plan for both the CCTV and fire extinguishers.” Novella SatComs business analyst, Luis Camoes said: “We have been impressed by the quick turnaround from the Jackson Fire & Security team. They have demonstrated how highly they value their customer’s security by resolving this so quickly for us. “The main benefit from installing a new CCTV camera system has been the peace of mind knowing our site is secure whether it’s occupied or not. We now have a quality system where footage can be acted on if we do incur any security breaches. “We got to know Kris from the Leeds branch and he gave us the confidence in using Jackson Fire & Security, they have always been on the end of the phone when I have had a query.” Novella SatComs was formed in 1997 and is a well-established supplier of satellite communications systems to organisations such as the Ministry of Defence, Boeing Satellite Systems and the British Broadcasting Cooperation (BBC).
