Jackson Fire and Security is helping a well-established storage centre stay secure and protect their client’s property 24/7.
Cambridge Storage Centre approached Jackson Fire and Security when having reliability problems with their CCTV security system. They provide storage solutions for commercial and domestic clients, as well as archive storage and student storage and have been doing so in Cambridge for over fourteen years. In order to protect client’s property at their sites, it was of paramount importance that this issue was resolved quickly and effectively.
A Jackson Fire and Security Cambridge-based engineer visited their site and talked through the issues they were having. The root-cause of the problem was identified and the engineer resolved the problem on first inspection. From this visit, the same Jackson engineer now carries out the annual maintenance of the commercial CCTV cameras to ensure the system is working to best performance.
Later in the year, Cambridge Storage Centre called on Jackson Fire and Security to assist with the relocation of their CCTV cameras to their new office building in Cambridge. The same engineer returned to site to ensure familiarity with the system and premises, and got the system up and running by the end of the same day.
