Jackson Fire and Security are helping a Suffolk based country house hotel remain compliant by carrying out fault-finding and correction on their wireless fire alarm system.
The Grange Country House Hotel, Restaurant and Spa approached Jackson Fire and Security when it appeared they had a fault on their wireless fire alarm panel. They had experienced difficulties with other maintenance suppliers who were unable to get to the root of the problem. It was essential they had this problem dealt with as a matter of urgency, due to the nature of their business with guests sleeping on the premises overnight.
A Jackson Fire and Security surveyor visited the hotel and identified the cause of the problem and got the system back up and running as it should be. The Jackson engineer carrying out the work provided the hotel owner with a full takeover service report which includes a comprehensive list of every device tested whilst on site.
From this visit, Jackson Fire and Security also carried out a full takeover of the six monthly maintenance of their fire alarm, as well as yearly servicing of their fire extinguishers and emergency lights, ensuring they are compliant with all the fire safety services available.
