Jackson Fire & Security recently had the opportunity to carry out fire safety solutions at the famous Gwrych Castle in Abergele, home of I’m A Celebrity….Get Me Out Of Here for two consecutive years.
Our team carried out a fire risk assessment and supplied new fire extinguishers for the castle ahead of its re-opening to the public in the Spring.
Since then the castle have held a number of events such as a Dragon Egg Hunt, the BIG Sleep with proceeds going to homeless veterans in Wales and it was even featured in an episode of Antiques Road Trip on BBC One.
Josh Holmes, Business Development Manager for Jackson Fire & Security, said: “It has been a real pleasure to work with such a famous and impressive local landmark. The team at Gwrych Castle are very accommodating and when I visited to carry out a site survey they took the time to give me a guided tour of the castle!”
“We are very proud to be providing fire safety services to Gwrych Castle to help keep their visitors safe and provide them with the reassurance their castle is in good hands.”
Tracee Winstone, Visitor Centre Assistant for Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust, said: “We have been really impressed with Jackson Fire & Security since we initially asked them to help. Nothing is too much trouble and every employee we have come into contact with from Josh to the engineers and the fire risk assessor have been very polite, friendly and helpful.”
“We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Jackson Fire & Security and we are proud to have kept this work within the local community.”
