A Huntingdon businessman is celebrating after being shortlisted for the Young Director of the Year award.
Managing director of Jackson Fire and Security Cambridge, Tom Fletcher, has been pitted against a number of other company heads from around the region by the regional chairman of the Institute of Directors for the prestigious accolade.
The award seeks to recognise directors under the age of 42 who have demonstrated outstanding achievements within the last 12 months.
Last year at the age of 30 Mr Fletcher signed a contract with global firm Siemens Building Technologies to provide ‘no false alarm guarantee’ systems and since then he has received much recognition from the business community.
The winner of the award will be revealed at an exclusive business lunch next month.
